Thermozone Philippines. Is a Philippines Based Company specializes in the development, production, sales and marketing of physically and chemically cross linked, closed-cell Polyolefin Thermozone Foams. Thermozone Foams are available in roll or sheet form, with a consistently smooth surface, in a wide range of controlled thicknesses. (from as low as 1mm up to 50mm laminates) .

Excellent insulation properties due to low (k) value that remains unchanged during service life and are unaffected by humidity. The closed-cell structure will not absorb or allow the spread of water, thus preventing condensation or frost formation on cooling systems, chilled water & refrigerant lines. No additional water vapor barriers are required. Supplied with reinforced aluminum foil, for increased performance and quicker installation. Adhesive backing is also available, wide working temperature from-80 degrees Celsius to + 100 degrees Celsius. Thinner gauges can be used to achieve effective insulation due to low (k) value. This also allows the use of material in areas with space limitations.
Completely user friendly, does not emit dust or fiber particles in service or during installation. No special precautions such as face masks or gloves are required during installation. Non irritant and odorless, does not allow build up of bacteria contamination, resistant to fungi. Environmentally friendly, made from polyethylene without the use of CFC's or HCFC'.

The insulating properties of Thermo break are unlike conventional insulation materials. As an example, the insulating performance of Thermo break increases with lower densities, whilst the opposite is true for fiberglass. The low thermal conductivity value of Thermo break as well as its cellular cross linked structure, are central to its superior insulation properties and energy savings.
A marked reduction of heat transfer can be achieved at relatively low thicknesses. It is on this basis that many consultants have specified 10mm & 12mm thick material in place of 25mm fiberglass.
